What is Montessori ?
Our educational philosophy is based on an approach called the ‘Montessori Method’. Briefly this method of learning focuses on helping children develop the self-believe and confidence to become independent and productive members of their communities; to think and make good choices for themselves; to teat others and their environment with respect and kindness; and to enjoy their work. Our story so far…
When we first came to the Cotswolds and set up our school, not many people here knew about Montessori. We once heard ourselves referred to as the ‘Montessorus’ people. We like dinosaurs and thought this was funny! Find out a little bit more about us and our story…
