Fees and Admissions

Ages & Minimum Attendance: We take children from 2 years of age to the term before their fith birthday. Minimum attendance is 2 sessions per week on different days.

Opening Hours & Session: We are open 8am - 5pm, Monday to Thursdays and 8am – 4pm on Fridays, 48 weeks per year. We offer Daycare sessions (8am - 5pm) year round or term time only and Schoolday sessions (9am - 3pm) term time only.

Fees & Funding: Our full (non-government funded) daycare rate (8am - 5pm) is currently £82 and includes breakfast, snacks & drinks, warm nursery tea, nappies & wipes. Full fees for a school day (9am - 3pm) are £61. Our funded entitlement offer is 8am – 9am for Breakfast Club and 12noon to 5pm for the afternoon period. Hours between 9am –  12noon are unfunded and charged for at a rate we need to remain financially viable. For a daycare (8am - 5pm) days this would look like: £48.80 (for the hours of 9am - 12noon) plus 6 funded hours. For a schoolday (9am - 3pm) this would look like: £44.20 (for the hours of 9am - 12noon) plus 3 funded hours. Fully funded sessions may be available between 12noon and 5pm. Help with Fees

The government’s funding system is very complex but any help is welcome…we will do most of the work on your behalf and help you work out the best possible ‘value for money’ choices.

15 Hours Funding: All children are entitled to government funding from the term after their third birthday and depending on the current government package. We apply for this funding on your behalf from the term your child is eligible and credit this to your invoices. We use a provider called ‘Funding Loop’ to help us administer the paperwork. Potential Saving per year on full fees if in receipt of full 15 hours funding: £2500.
