Fees & Admissions
If you would like to come & have a
look at what we do, please send us an e-mail
to firstname.lastname@example.org or text/ring to 01451 844350 . We will
gladly arrange a suitable time.
Children can join our setting from the age of 2 years onward. We ask that children attend a minimum of 2 sessions per week so that they can get the most out of our method of education and we can get to know them properly.
Sessions & Fees
We are open 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, nearly year round for children from 2 to 5 year of age.
Morning session (9am - 1:30pm) £27.00
Extended session (9am - 3pm) £36.00
Please inquire for charges for Breakfast (8am - 9am), After School (3pm - 6pm), Holiday Clubs and one off sessions.
Fees for 2, 3 & 4 year olds: (15 hours & 30 hours)
We are registered with the government to be able to offer free childcare hours for two, three & four year olds, both 15 and 30 hours and try to offer these as flexibly as possible. Because government funding for these hours do not cover our costs, however, sessions available and offered to you may include a paid element. For full terms & conditions, please contact us. We also offer a very limited number of completely 'free' government funded community sessions on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to join us, we are very happy to discuss all options available to you for your chosen child-care requirements.
Deposit & Registration Fee
In order for us to keep a space open for your child we require a deposit of £150, payable once we have confirmed a space. When your child leaves our setting at the end of their time with us, we will offset the full amount of the deposit against your child’s last half-termly bill. This deposit is non-refundable if you subsequently decide not to take up your space of if you give us less than a half-terms notice of your intention to leave.
A non-refundable registration fee of £30 will be charged to your child’s first half-termly bill to help offset our registration costs.
Deposits & Registration fees only apply to non-government funded child-care hours.
If you are interested in joining us, please e-mail or ring Ailsa for a chat about our school, method and available spaces.

Child-care Vouchers & 'Tax-free Childcare'
If your employer uses a voucher system for your child-care benefits we are happy to register with the body in question. Please let us know the details.
Please can you let us know at least a half-term in advance if your child is going to be leaving our setting. This will help us with staff planning and enable us to offer the free space to another family with plenty of notice.
